Our client a print company based in South West London are looking for a switched on and articulate Administrator to join their growing team.
The client is looking for someone who has excellent verbal and written communication skills and has office experience.
AdministratorResponsibilities:
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of company qualifications, certifications, and compliance documents.
- Input data onto the systems from clients.
- Handle inbound office communication both internally and externally.
- Filter and prioritise communication between internal supply chain teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain clear and concise communication channels to ensure project progress and resolve any issues promptly
AdministratorSpecification:
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks and responsibilities.
- Maintain a high level of organisation in managing project details, timelines, and communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Approach tasks with enthusiasm, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
