Location - Close to Holborn

We are working with a membership organisation based in Central London, who are seeking an administrator to join one of their busiest departments, on a 6 month fixed term contract.

You will join well-established company, in unique industry so this will be fantastic opportunity to step into something different.

The company, as a whole, pride themselves on their welcoming and supportive culture and they'll be plenty for you to learn in the six months that you are with them.

The main duties of the role include:

  • Processing forms, annual returns and applications
  • Check quality and accuracy of certificates
  • Keep a record of all certificates returned for amendment
  • File all forms accurately
  • Answer telephone enquiries promptly and courteously
  • Carry out any ad-hoc duties as may be requested by Line Manager
