The Admission Officer duties will include:
- Ensure the processes of all patient paperwork and administration
- Greeting new patients as well as their families
- Liaise with consultant and medical secretaries to ensure private medical insurance is in place
- Updates patient details on the system
- Handle external and internal admissions enquiries, directing queries as appropriate.
- Ensure all documents are filled out correctly
Requirements:
- Competent in the use of Microsoft office
- Good standard of written and verbal communication skills
- Healthcare experience desirable, not essential�
