They are currently seeking a aftercare manager to oversee their super prime high end residential new builds,In charge of coordinating and overseeing a range of home services, managing project planning and execution, allocating resources, managing subcontractors, and communicating with clients.
- Organize and arrange a range of household services, such as repairs, upkeep, cleaning, gardening, and home improvements.
- Create detailed project schedules and strategies in partnership with the Projects team.
- Supervise on-site teams carrying out spontaneous tasks, offering guidance and assistance, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain relationships with subcontractors, negotiate contracts, and ensure they have the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Regularly communicate with clients to grasp their requirements, provide updates on service schedules and project timelines, and promptly address any concerns.
- Uphold quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including local building codes and zoning regulations.
- Develop and oversee budgets for household services, monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure projects are completed within budget limitations.
- Organize swift responses to urgent maintenance or repair needs, implementing emergency home service plans.
