Air Tightness Consultant

Requirements:

  • Experience in air tightness or a relevant field and/or holding the CWCT qualification
  • Possession of a BSc degree or equivalent qualification/experience in building engineering, acoustics energy, or environmental science
  • Possession of a full UK driver's licence
  • Proficiency in working under pressure within a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients in resolving defects and ensuring regulatory compliance for their projects/developments
  • Engaging directly with clients and other key members of the acoustics team to ensure successful outcomes
  • Preparation and structuring of reports and supporting documents to provide a comprehensive assessment of design and monitoring issues during the initial construction phases
  • Regular attendance in meetings with key stakeholders from design and contractor teams to assess designs and review findings from inspections
