Air Tightness Consultant

Requirements:

Experience in air tightness or a relevant field and/or holding the CWCT qualification
Possession of a BSc degree or equivalent qualification/experience in building engineering, acoustics energy, or environmental science
Possession of a full UK driver's licence
Proficiency in working under pressure within a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

Assisting clients in resolving defects and ensuring regulatory compliance for their projects/developments
Engaging directly with clients and other key members of the acoustics team to ensure successful outcomes
Preparation and structuring of reports and supporting documents to provide a comprehensive assessment of design and monitoring issues during the initial construction phases
Regular attendance in meetings with key stakeholders from design and contractor teams to assess designs and review findings from inspections
