Air Tightness Consultant

Requirements:

  • A BSc degree or equivalent in building engineering, acoustics energy, or environmental science
  • Experience in air tightness or a related field and/or holding the CWCT qualification
  • Possession of a full UK driver's licence
  • Proficient in working under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities/duties:

  • Assisting clients in resolving defects and ensuring regulatory compliance for their projects/developments.
  • Collaborating directly with clients and other key members of the acoustics team to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Preparing and structuring reports and supporting documents to provide a comprehensive assessment of design and monitoring issues during the initial construction phases.
  • Regularly attending meetings with key stakeholders from design and contractor teams to assess designs and review findings from inspections.
