Air Tightness Consultant

Requirements:

A BSc degree or equivalent in building engineering, acoustics energy, or environmental science
Experience in air tightness or a related field and/or holding the CWCT qualification
Possession of a full UK driver's licence
Proficient in working under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities/duties:

Assisting clients in resolving defects and ensuring regulatory compliance for their projects/developments.
Collaborating directly with clients and other key members of the acoustics team to ensure successful outcomes.
Preparing and structuring reports and supporting documents to provide a comprehensive assessment of design and monitoring issues during the initial construction phases.
Regularly attending meetings with key stakeholders from design and contractor teams to assess designs and review findings from inspections.
