Air Tightness Consultant:

Requirements:

  • A BSc degree or equivalent qualification/experience in building engineering, acoustics energy, or environmental science
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Extensive experience in air tightness or a related field, and/or possession of the CWCT qualification
  • Possession of a full UK driver's licence

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients in resolving defects and ensuring compliance with regulations for their projects/developments
  • Collaborating directly with clients and other key members of the acoustics team to ensure successful outcomes
  • Preparation and organisation of reports and supportive documents to offer a comprehensive assessment of design and monitoring issues during the initial construction phases
  • Regular participation in meetings with key stakeholders from design and contractor teams to assess designs and review findings from inspections
