Air Tightness Consultant:

Requirements:

A BSc degree or equivalent qualification/experience in building engineering, acoustics energy, or environmental science
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Extensive experience in air tightness or a related field, and/or possession of the CWCT qualification
Possession of a full UK driver's licence

Responsibilities:

Assisting clients in resolving defects and ensuring compliance with regulations for their projects/developments
Collaborating directly with clients and other key members of the acoustics team to ensure successful outcomes
Preparation and organisation of reports and supportive documents to offer a comprehensive assessment of design and monitoring issues during the initial construction phases
Regular participation in meetings with key stakeholders from design and contractor teams to assess designs and review findings from inspections
