Red Snapper Recruitment are recruiting for an Arabic Speaking Screening Interviewer working for a company which specialises in due diligence, investigations and digital forensics for UK and international clients.

As part of the role, the successful candidate will plan, prepare and conduct face to face (video recorded) on-line screening interviews in Arabic as part of an enhanced Due Diligence process. Review, summarise and report the findings accurately and efficiently.

The role is a six-month contract initially, with the possibility of transferring to permanent on successful completion of the six months. The role is paying £16.48 per hour initially.

This role is based in Twickenham in London and would require attendance at the office four days per week.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Preparing and planning interviews to include the review and assessment of due diligence reports. Identifying anomalies, queries and perceived threats that require follow up during the interview (the plan)
  • To carry out administration tasks - organising the interviews and direct client liaison
  • To engage with applicants via on-line video recorded face to face interviews. Exploring and questioning topics of interest to ensure any particular areas of interest are thoroughly reviewed satisfactorily
  • Summarise and highlight interview findings accurately through review and assessment of the information gleaned and compared with the original report.
  • To report findings through the Due Diligence Process and conduct any associated enquiries as directed

Person Specification

  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken, written and reading) combined with good written English
  • IT literate (Teams and associated video communications systems, Outlook, Database and word processing)
  • Have excellent interpersonal and listening skills
  • Naturally objective/impartial and inquisitive
  • Good telephone manner
  • Be self-motivated and reliable
  • Have a smart personal appearance
  • Be confident and able to approach people
  • Ability to quickly assimilate pertinent information
  • Willingness to learn and participate in various scheduled training sessions
