Local Authority is looking for an experienced ASB Manager to lead our efforts in resolving ASB issues and improving the quality of life for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team addressing ASB complaints and statutory nuisances, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
- Investigate complex cases of ASB and statutory nuisances, including noise complaints, waste management, and environmental issues under the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce ASB and promote community cohesion.
- Collaborate with residents, partner agencies, and enforcement teams to deliver coordinated responses to ASB issues.
- Prepare reports, gather evidence, and attend legal proceedings to support enforcement actions under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 and other relevant legislation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in ASB management, including handling statutory nuisances under the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
