We are looking for a Bar Management Trainee to join our fantastic team at Chiltern Firehouse.
As a Bar Management Trainee at the Firehouse, you will be joining our amazing Lobby Bar team to learn all about running a super exclusive, nighttime focused venue. There will also be the opportunity to cross-train with our Sommelier team to learn more about wine and pairing food and wine together.
At the end of your 6 or 12-month internship you will have:
- gained an in-depth understanding of the Firehouses Bar operation, including service standards, workflow, procurement and day to day transactional management;
- absorbed the Firehouse way and our approach to Guest Services and gained the ability to lead on opening and closing the Lobby Bar;
- met a wonderfully creative and strong team of individuals passionate about all things food, beverage and exceptional service!
