Sounds like you? A school based in Waltham Forest is on the hunt for a confident and resilient individual to take on a rewarding role working on a 1:1 basis with a learner in pupil who has Autism and ADHD as a Behaviour Mentor.

Behaviour Mentor | The role:
  • Assist with the provision of support for an individual student with social, emotional and/or behaviour difficulties, helping them overcome barriers to learning.
  • Develop 1:1 mentoring relationship with identified pupil.
  • Work alongside teachers and SLT to promote the effective use of behaviour management strategies.
  • Pay of up to £95 per day via PAYE (weekly pay).
Behaviour Mentor | Do you qualify?
  • Must have previous experience with children who have additional learning needs in a school setting.
  • Degree educated, with a minimum of a 2:1.
  • Confident dealing with resistant behaviour.
  • Strong communication skills and patience.
