The Role - Behaviour Mentor

  • Providing support to students with challenging behaviour or special needs
  • Run small groups or intentions for students with behavioural difficulties
  • Assist students with learning difficulties by providing them with learning materials
  • Providing one-on-one support
  • Work closely with other members of the behavioural team and the SEND Coordinator
  • To plan and develop strategies for supporting pupils both individually and in groups.
  • Organise and supervise extracurricular activities during lunchtime and outside of school hours.
  • Support pupils who experience difficulties during breaks by organizing lunchtime activities.
  • Provide students with a variety of strategies for managing and resolving conflicts.
