About the role - Behaviour Mentor - Wandsworth
- Developing and implementing strategies for managing and supporting challenging behaviour in pupils.
- Mentoring identified students on a one-to-one basis.
- Developing action plans outlining the objectives of mentoring with students.
- Promoting the effective use of behaviour management strategies in collaboration with teachers, Heads of House, and support staff.
- Assisting pupils in improving their social and personal skills by raising their self-esteem and confidence
- Assuring that improvements are being made in behaviour and maintaining them as they are achieved.
