About the role - Behaviour Mentor - Wandsworth

Developing and implementing strategies for managing and supporting challenging behaviour in pupils.
Mentoring identified students on a one-to-one basis.
Developing action plans outlining the objectives of mentoring with students.
Promoting the effective use of behaviour management strategies in collaboration with teachers, Heads of House, and support staff.
Assisting pupils in improving their social and personal skills by raising their self-esteem and confidence
Assuring that improvements are being made in behaviour and maintaining them as they are achieved.
