About the role - Behaviour mentor - Tower Hamlets

In this position, the candidate will have the opportunity to work with students on a regular basis in the classroom as well as outside of it, helping and supporting them. The Behaviour Mentor should have experience working with young people who have complex needs and who have difficult behaviours, and it is essential that they possess this experience. Having the opportunity to watch a student grow is one of the most rewarding things about the job. It is essential that the Behaviour Mentor is enthusiastic about working with children, and that s/he has a passion for it. As a candidate, you will need to be a quick learner and be able to work under pressure in order to succeed. During your time as a Behaviour Mentor, you will help children with their academic studies by providing interventions inside the classroom.
