As a Behaviour Mentor in Waltham Forest, you will:

Work closely on a 1:1 basis with students in EYFS and KS1, focusing on Autism support
Collaborate with class teachers to ensure students stay on task and achieve their goals
Uphold the school’s high standards and reflect its values in your interactions
Regularly liaise with senior staff and parents to track and support students' progress

Requirements for the Behaviour Mentor role:

A minimum 2:1 Degree from a Top 20 UK University
Strong academic background with excellent A-Levels and GCSEs
Genuine passion for working with SEND/SEMH children
Experience with young people is beneficial, though not essential

Role Specifics:

Full-time, long-term position until July 2025
PAYE rate of £95-£100 daily (Holiday Pay included)
Immediate start available in Waltham Forest
