We're currently working with a leading player in the provider world who, due to wanting to expand their sales & marketing team, are in the market for an experienced Bid Writer to join the business.
The incumbent will be responsible for creating well-written, accurate, and compelling responses to RFPs and RFIs for the Master Trust. You will work closely with the business development teams, and to be considered, applicants must have experience working in the pensions industry and have exceptional writing skills (a relevant degree would be a huge bonus), as well as being detail-oriented and work well within a small, close-knit team.
Day-to-day will include:
- Construct high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs and DDQs
- Deliver completed written proposal responses against agreed RFP deadlines
- Assist the Proposal Manager in developing structure
- Maintain strong knowledge of the proposition
- Manage a structured, organised RFP process
To be considered, applicants must be working in the pensions industry (DC). You will also have relevant experience in RFP writing and, ideally, a relevant degree. You will also have good project management skills, the ability to work to tight deadlines, and be a strong team player.
