Ambition are working with an international law firm with their recruitment for an experienced Billing Coordinator. This is great opportunity to join a global accounting team within their London office, offering hybrid working and a competitive salary.

Reporting to the Accounts Manager, the key duties will include;

  • Producing draft bills for partners and other fee earners
  • Producing final bills for signing and sending to clients
  • Running WIP reports for partners and other members of the accounts department
  • WIP meetings with partners and head office to help manage inventory
  • Running LEDES files through eBillingHub
  • Experience in identifying and fixing errors on LEDES files when bills are rejected
  • Uploading and amending timekeeper rates through various ebilling systems
  • Onboarding clients to new ebilling platforms
  • Emails or phone calls to clients to follow up on outstanding and overdue accounts receivable
  • Running meetings with partners to discuss accounts receivable
  • Knowledge and experience using various eBilling platforms

Successful candidates will have previously worked in a similar role ideally within a law firm and have proven e-billing experience. Previous working knowledge of Elite and various E-Billing systems is ideal.
