This international law firm with a large London HQ situated near City Thameslink wish to hire an experienced Billing Coordinator on a permanent basis.

Salary of up £50,000 + benefits

Agile working policy of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

Reporting into the Billing Manager, the Billing Coordinator will support Partners/Associates and their PAs with all client billing related matters across their corporate and commercial practice groups.

Billing Coordinator duties include;

  • Processing of all bills, ensuring compliance with SAR and VAT regulations
  • Producing bills narratives
  • Ensuring that all bill deadlines are met within the time scale
  • Maintain e-billing systems
  • Entering and updating chargeable rates
  • Ensuring all write offs, transfers and file closures are dealt with accordingly
  • Assisting the revenue team with WIP duties
  • Assist with new matter opening files and updates on various other key information
  • Work with accounts team and administrative staff on various ad-hoc duties relating to billing issues

The Billing Coordinator will currently be operating in a legal billing role, issuing complex joint multi-currency bills. Additionally the Billing Coordinator will have;

  • Exposure to Aderant or Elite and E-billing platforms
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel
  • SAR and VAT knowledge
  • Strong numeracy, excellent written and communication skills, be organised and target driven
