Binders Manager | Lloyd's Broker | London/Hybrid | £75 - 90,000 (doe)

Finitas are delighted to be exclusively working with a growing Lloyd's broker in their search for a Binders Manager to join their team. This is a newly created role where you will be reporting into the Chief Finance Officer and have one direct report.

Working a small but dynamic company you will be reviewing new & existing lineslips. processing bureaux submissions and be able to address all queries regarding Xchanging, ensuring all policy documents are processed correctly and working closely together with clients & brokers.

Experience required:

  • Minimum 8 years' experience of Binders.
  • Experience of producing MRC slips.
  • In depth technical knowledge of the insurance market and Xchanging practices and policies.
  • Advanced Excel skills and good knowledge of MS tools like PowerPoint, SharePoint and Word.
  • Some knowledge of FCA Compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload and work independently as well as in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with external parties.
  • People management experience.
