A growing Lloyd's Syndicate have a new opening for a Claims Manager within their Property Binders division. Our client specialise in property binding authority business and the binding authorities provide coverage for personal property, commercial property, commercial automobile property damage and package general liability. They are looking to recruit a motivated and skilled individual who is dedicated to North American and Rest of the World delegated business. The Claims Manager will need to proactively manage the property binders claims team in all aspects: technical oversight of delegated claims authority holders ("DCAs"), day to day workload and career progression. The Claims Manager has responsibility for managing the property binders claims portfolio whilst additionally handling their own claims, which have complex characteristics such as extra contractual bad faith, consumer duty issues or complex consumer complaints. There will be opportunities to assist with developing the business, including fostering relationships with brokers, coverholders, external vendors, and insureds.Applicants should have prior Property Binders claims experience. ???????Previous coverholder & delegated claims authority holder ("DCAs") management and oversight would be advantageous.
