A multidisciplinary team specialising in both low carbon consultancy and environmental assessments are seeking a qualified BREEAM assessor to join their team in London. This is a great opportunity to work alongside innovative professionals, further develop your skills, and advance within the company.

Key responsibilities of the role include conducting BREEAM assessments, providing client reports and advice, managing projects from inception to completion, supporting team members with fee proposals, developing BREEAM strategies through participation in design team meetings, and delivering technical reports and presentations. Additionally, there will be opportunities to deepen knowledge in areas like sustainability statements, embodied carbon reduction strategies, BREEAM Refurbishment, BREEAM In-Use, Net Zero strategies, and ESG initiatives.
