Your new company Your new job working as a Broker back up Technician, will be working for an innovative and growing Independent Global Lloyd's Brokers who have been established for over 100 years. Your new Brokers pride themselves on understanding the importance of being client-focused, are growing in all areas and have recently been named an employer of choice. Due to substantial growth within their Team a permanent position for Broker back up Technician has arisen. Your new role Your new role working as Broker back up Technician means you will be responsible to work within a designated Broker Support team in assisting Account Executives and Brokers with all aspects of administrative Broker support. Your duties will include the preparation of Broking information with accurate, timely, professional, and compliant presentations, renewal reports and other market/Client documentation as required. You will also have the responsibility of preparing MRC/MRCE Slips for new business, renewals, and Midterm adjustments. Other duties will include, actively chasing any debts, dealing with account queries, and submitting documentations and orders via PPL/Whitespace. What you will need to succeed Your previous experience working as a technician will contribute to your success in securing this role. Ideally you will be CERT CII qualified or at least working towards with previous experience and knowledge of the Insurance market/ You will have good knowledge and understanding of London Market procedures as well as, basic knowledge of general insurance policies and underlying legal procedures. You will have excellent organisation and communication skills both written and spoken with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. Basic knowledge of the regulatory requirements of general insurance in operation at any time. You will have Excellent Knowledge of Excel and Outlook and have Confident and effective telephone skills What you'll get in return You'll be offered a competitive salary of up to £50,000 plus a comprehensive benefits for local work You'll receive support from both Directors, Managers and hardworking team.
