Business Domain Architect

Reed Professional Services is seeking an experienced Business Domain Architect to join our team, working closely with our clients SAP team. This role is crucial for backfilling an SME in the RM Customer to Cash process and Revenue Integrity. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the end-to-end business process from onboarding to billing and payment, as well as experience in Revenue Integrity.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Understand and manage the Customer to Cash/Order to Cash domain, including commercial pricing models and Revenue Integrity.
  • Work alongside Senior Project Management and Programme Management resources to lead overall project delivery.
  • Plan and guide all elements of technology-related business change in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Produce fact-based and diligently considered assessments to help business and IT leaders make informed IT investment decisions.
  • Ensure that the business and operating models are aligned, showing the interdependencies between components and that the business model works end-to-end.
  • Act as a functional authority and business assurance lead for key projects.
  • Collaborate with agile teams to ensure prioritised continuous delivery of business value.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Essential:
    • Understanding of BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management).
    • Knowledge of the end-to-end business process of the customer to cash process.
    • Significant experience in a Business/Solution/Enterprise Architecture or Business Partner role.
    • Ability to produce industry-standard architecture artefacts and effectively present content.
    • Demonstrable experience in developing technology-enabled business strategies.
    • Influential verbal communicator and skilled in facilitating and leading multi-disciplined, high-performing teams.
    • In-depth knowledge of different types of business and operating models, facilitation of projects and products, and organizational change management.
    • Strong analytical and conceptual skills; ability to create original concepts and theories for a variety of projects.
  • Desirable:
    • Previous experience in a logistics company or consultancy.
