Our client, a leading scale-up, is seeking an exceptional Business Manager to support their CEO and CRO. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the heart of their organisation, driving forward key sales and client-focused initiatives while providing vital executive support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Act as a key point of contact, ensuring seamless communication between executives and clients.
- Sales Enablement: Conduct detailed research, client mapping, and prepare insightful packs for the CRO, briefing them ahead of presentations.
- Sales Follow-Up: Track sales prospects, booking follow-up meetings for the CEO/CRO to maintain momentum.
- Client Mapping: Identify and map potential clients to support the CRO’s business development efforts.
- Diary Management: Take ownership of scheduling, diary allocation, and ensuring optimal time management for the CEO and CRO.
- Progress Reporting: Collaborate with the sales team to compile pipeline and progress reports.
- Board Reporting: Provide updates on sales activity, pipeline, and progress to the board.
- Trusted Advisor: Act as a key advisor to the CRO/COO, offering strategic input and support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Worked in an Executive Sales support role before in a B2B Professional Services firm.
- Strong research and analytical abilities to support decision-making.
- Confidence in managing high-level client interactions and acting as a representative of the executive team.
This role is based in London and requires office attendance four days a week. If you thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and are eager to work closely with a driven leadership team, this is the opportunity for you.
You will also be attending client meetings with ExCo, so regular UK & irregular International travel is required
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000
Bonus: c25%
