Interim CCTV Review Officer (Parking and Traffic Enforcement Services)

Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Local Authority client in London to facilitate the appointment of an experienced CCTV Review Officer. This role focuses on reviewing and analysing footage from CCTV and ANPR cameras to detect parking, bus lane, and other traffic contraventions in line with civil enforcement regulations.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Review and analyse video footage from CCTV and ANPR enforcement cameras to detect traffic and parking contraventions.
  • Process video images and input data to issue penalty charge and enforcement notices where necessary.
  • Operate ICT systems to capture, process, and issue penalty charge notices for parking, bus lane, and other moving traffic offences.
  • Undertake regular system checks to ensure camera equipment is fully operational and report any defects promptly.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain effective communications.

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Experience in working within a local authority or similar enforcement role.
  • Proficiency in using ICT systems to review and process enforcement data.
  • Familiarity with civil enforcement of parking, bus lanes, and moving traffic offences.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
