My client in London is looking to source a Town Planner who has prior experience working within a London DM Team.
The role will be to work on:
·Householder Applications
·Lawful Development Certificates
·Prior Approval Applications
·Minor Applications
The role does include a duty planner Rota to provide Pre-Application advice over the telephone to customers who have booked appointments.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very busy local authority planning department with a great reputation.
Hybrid working is available for this role, and you will only need to attend the office once per week.
