An Multi-disciplnery Construction Consultancy with a significant footprint in both UK and international markets is looking for a CDM Consultant to oversee a diverse portfolio of large and historic projects. Renowned for their expertise in the infrastructure, oil, and water sectors, this consultancy is celebrated for its technical accuracy and employee development. The CDM Consultant Role

As the CDM Advisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and providing guidance on design safety risks across the portfolio of projects in the pre-construction phase. You will be supported by a team of CDM Advisors and Architects in this role.

The CDM Consultant Will Have:

  • NEBOSH Construction (required)
  • Tech IOSH (minimum)
  • APS membership (Preferred)
  • Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Engineering / Surveying (preferred)
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a CDM role (required)
  • Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
