A Engineering & Building Consultancy are seeking a Principal Designer to take on more responsibility as they look to expand their already established CDM department. The Principal Designer will be ambitious and self-assured, driven by a vision to steadily expand this department. The CDM Principal Designer Role

As a Principal Designer, you will play confidently lead meetings, manage all design safety risk for the portfolio you manage. There will be a team of CDM Advisors, Architects and Fire Risk Assessors to support your work. This will be managing a new range of projects that will provide varied and detailed orientated work.

The Successful CDM Principal Designer Will Have

Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction (required), Tech IOSH (minimum), APS membership (required) Degree qualification: H&S/Architecture/Engineering (preferred)Experience: At least 3 years of experience in CDM roles.Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
