An Architecural Pratice are seeking a CDM Professional to act as Principal Designer and CDM Advisor for a range of exciting new build projects. This consultancy has been established for over 20 years, achieving steady growth by prioritising the quality of their processes over quantity. They offer a hybrid working model, ensuring an excellent work-life balance for their team.

The CDM Consultant Role

As a Principal Designer & CDM Advisor, you will manage advise on all design safety risk for the portfolio of projects within the Pre-construction phase and on-going phases. There will be a team of CDM Advisors & Architects to support your work. This is a client facing role focused on technical delivery and client satisfaction.

The Successful CDM Consultant Will Have:

  • NEBOSH Construction (required)
  • Tech IOSH (minimum)
  • APS membership (required)
  • Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Surveying (preferred)
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in a CDM role (required)
  • Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
