A multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy is looking for an ambitious CDM Principal Designer to support directly into a Senior position. This role offers the opportunity to progress your career well whilst enjoying a supportive environment. The CDM Principal Designer Role

As a Principal Designer, you will confidently lead meetings, managing design safety risk within your portfolio. There will be a team of CDM Advisors to support your work. This is a client facing role.

The Successful CDM Principal Designer Will Have:

  • Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction (required), Tech IOSH (minimum), APS membership (preferred).
  • Degree level qualification: in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Engineering, or Surveying (preferred)
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in CDM roles.
  • Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
