Change Manager (NPPV3 Cleared)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Change Manager to oversee the development and execution of people focused change strategies within the organisation. This role will be pivotal in guiding business leaders through policy interpretation, ensuring effective communications throughout the change process and managing people related changes, including restructures and reorganisations

Rate - £650 outside ir35

Location - London - Hybrid Working

Duration - 6 - 12 Months

Clearance Level - NPPV3

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and execution of people focused strategies, collaborating with business leaders to ensure clear communication and effective policy application

- Develop, update and refine policies, processes and tools to support people related change ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with legal standards

- Manage the full life cycle of change initiatives, including restructures and reorganisations ensuring business goals are met while minimising risks, maintaining compliance and managing industrial relations

-Oversee the displacement and redundancy processes when necessary, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation

- Drive continuous improvement within the HR Function to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and aligned to targets
