The Role: Community Host

As a Community Host, you'll be the beating heart of the space, ensuring that members have an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door. From providing a warm welcome to managing events and supporting day-to-day operations, you'll play a key role in building a vibrant, engaged community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for all members & guests
  • Build and maintain strong relationships, fostering a collaborative and engaged community
  • Organise and promote exciting events to enhance the member experience
  • Handle enquiries, manage member support tickets, and oversee front-desk operations
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including stock control and mail distribution
  • Work closely with the Community Manager to drive retention and engagement
What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years' experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, or a similar role
  • A natural people-person with excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken)
