Concierge

Our client a leading Diamond and Jewellery company based in Hatton Garden are seeing a Concierge to join their amazing team, this will be a full-time permanent position, offering a salary of up to £26,000. As Concierge, you hold a pivotal position at the heart of the company's operations, ensuring every client's in-store experience and across their communication channels are seamless and personal. You will support the sales operations and manage a wide array of post-purchase client appointments, from re-sizes, collections and pick-ups to annual services and ring cleans, ensuring every detail is handled carefully.

What will you be doing?

Your exceptional organisational skills and ability to communicate effectively make you the linchpin in the seamless operation of the showroom, bridging the gap between the sales and customer care teams. Your dedication to providing a personalised and memorable experience for each client is vital in sustaining the loyalty and trust fundamental to the success of the company. You will Manage non-sales appointments (re-sizes, collections, issues, pick-ups, annual services, ring cleaning etc) You will deliver front-of-house greetings, providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, you will conduct informative workshop tours, showcasing our craftsmanship and bespoke manufacturing. You will process payments and send pay links, ensuring a smooth transactional experience for clients. You will handle any returns efficiently, providing packets and assistance as needed. You will also assist with processing diamonds and managing incoming inventory. You will be there to support stock management through re tagging and assisting with the audit process. You will ensure seamless customer experience by liaising with sales and Customer Care teams. You will maintain the front of house appearance; ensuring our store best always represents the brand.

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the high-end retail or hospitality sector.
