Location: Rotating across our London Bridge Campus sites

Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Shifts between 0800 and 2000, working 5 days out of 7, to include weekends

We have an exciting opportunity for a Concierge to join our Front of House Team at The London Bridge Hospital. This role will play an important role in understanding the needs of all visitors to this site by providing relevant information at all times to always ensure that all visitors experience an exemplary service and successful journey.

What you'll do:

  • Meet and greet all patients, visitors and consultants into the building
  • Directing to correct areas
  • Dealing with telephone calls
  • Covering for reception when necessary

What you'll bring:

  • Previous Concierge experience, ideally within a 5* setting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Good IT Skills
