Key Responsibilities

Providing a warm and professional welcome to residents and visitors as a Day Concierge.
Delivering outstanding front-of-house service, ensuring residents' needs are met efficiently and courteously.
Managing security and access control to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Overseeing daily operations within the building, ensuring communal areas are maintained to the highest standards.
Liaising with residents, contractors, and property management teams to coordinate services and resolve issues.
Handling enquiries, deliveries, and assisting with resident requests in a timely manner.
Upholding company standards and ensuring all interactions reflect a commitment to exceptional living experiences.

Requirements

? Previous experience in a hotel or residential Day Concierge role.? Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive and professional approach.

? Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
