An exciting opportunity has arisen for a concierge to join a prestigious residential development in Westminster. This role offers long-term stability, a supportive team environment, and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing a professional, welcoming presence for residents and visitors
- Ensuring fire safety and security protocols are followed (full training provided)
- Managing deliveries, contractors, and general building operations
- Conducting routine checks, patrols, and administrative tasks
- Working collaboratively with a large, established team (21 staff members & 4 Duty Managers)
What They're Looking For:
- No prior concierge experience required - customer service backgrounds (hospitality, retail, etc.) are highly valued
- A proactive, can-do attitude - someone who follows instructions and takes initiative
- Strong teamwork & communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adhere to structured procedures and safety protocols
