Day-to-day of the role:
- Advise on cutting-edge projects in the UK and overseas, collaborating with our projects, real estate, finance, and corporate lawyers.
- Enable complex construction, redevelopment, and infrastructure projects to come to fruition.
- Work in sectors including renewable energy, nuclear, transport, defence, and infrastructure.
- Build relationships and sit on industry groups, enhancing your professional network and influence.
- Provide strategic, practical advice and maintain high standards of legal service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in high-quality construction and engineering projects.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a complex and varied workload effectively.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and lead.
- Experience in leading others to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Effective matter management and business development skills.
- Must be a SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer.
