My client is a well-established, legal 500 law firm on the lookout for a  conveyancing fee earner to join their office in Central London.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish.
  • Provide expert legal advice on conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leases.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure all conveyancing activities comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Drive business development efforts, including maintaining existing client relationships and fostering new ones.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified Solicitor/ Conveyancer 
  • Excellent knowledge of residential property law.
  • Exceptional communication and client-handling skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in using case management systems and legal software.
