What You’ll Do
- Oversee responsive repairs and smash performance targets.
- Ensure top-quality service with inspections, KPIs, and customer feedback.
- Represent the company at client and resident meetings.
- Lead, manage, and develop a talented team.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in Responsive Maintenance supervision.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
- SSSTS or SMSTS Health & Safety Qualified
