Location: WestminsterSalary: £90-120/dayContract Type: Full-time/Part-time, Temporary, and Ongoing Positions Available
Are you passionate about education and looking to make a positive impact in the classroom? We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our network of secondary schools in Westminster & SW London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons and managing classroom behaviour in the absence of the teacher
- Ensuring students remain engaged and on task
- Supporting the school in maintaining a positive learning environment
- Responding to any questions or queries from students regarding the lesson
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, or within an educational setting (desirable)
- Strong classroom management skills
- Confidence in delivering lessons to a variety of year groups and subjects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and a proactive approach to challenges
