Customer Success Executive

Our client is looking for a Customer Success Executive to join their team based a 10 minute walk from London Waterloo station, in this role, you will be the key contact for corporate clients, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to ongoing support. This role combines account management, business development, and sales support, with a strong focus on client engagement and growth.

In addition to managing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and leveraging digital marketing strategies to drive policyholder acquisition, you’ll also assist the sales team with administrative tasks, reporting, and process coordination. Your day-to-day will involve attending meetings and presentations, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth sales operations. You’ll also represent the company at industry events, promoting the business and expanding our reach.

This role suits a self-starter with a proactive mindset, strong organisational skills, and attention to detail, who excels in collaboration with various stakeholders. As part of the UK and Irish Sales team, they will report to the Marketing Manager, playing a key role in driving team success while advancing their career in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Account & Customer Success Management

As the primary point of contact for corporate clients, you will ensure a seamless onboarding process and ongoing support throughout the sales cycle, helping to drive successful outcomes.

  • Guide corporate clients through the sales journey, from onboarding to closing sales.
  • Attend client meetings as required and develop strong customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships to enhance retention and engagement.
  • Respond to customer enquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide outstanding service.
  • Monitor customer feedback and industry trends to recommend service improvements.
  • Maintain and update customer information in Salesforce CRM.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to support business objectives.
  • Manage after-sales communication and promptly resolve any queries.

Business Development & Lead Generation

Proactively identifying new business opportunities and expanding the company’s client base through strategic outreach and relationship building.

  • Identify, generate, and secure new leads through networking, proactive outreach, and follow-ups.
  • Support corporate clients in promoting health plan benefits to their employees, increasing policyholder uptake.
  • Work closely with internal teams to leverage marketing campaigns for policyholder sign-ups.

Sales & Marketing Support

Supporting sales and marketing efforts through marketing materials, digital engagement, and administrative coordination.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support digital strategies aimed at policyholder acquisition.
  • Utilise digital marketing tools, such as email campaigns and webinars, to engage potential clients.
  • Assist in creating presentations, proposals, and promotional materials for sales meetings.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the UK and Ireland Sales teams.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes and ensure operational efficiency.

Events & Conference Support

Representing the company at key industry events to promote the business and drive business growth.

  • Assist in planning and coordinating conferences, exhibitions, recruitment drives and corporate events.
  • Attend external events, networking with key stakeholders to generate new business opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads from events and conferences, converting interest into long-term clients.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Sales Administration, or Account Management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with corporate clients and policyholders effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Self-motivated with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Certification in marketing, sales, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, with Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Awareness of marketing and business development strategies, with experience in supporting sales.
