Typical responsibilities include:
- Primary point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process.
- Liaise with team leads to ensure on track to delivery of product within the agreed timeline.
- Engage key decision makers about upcoming contract renewals.
- Check-ins to assess client satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
- Advocate for customers' needs internally, ensuring they receive optimal value.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and maximise cross-sale and upsell.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Delivery focussed role.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools (such as Pipedrive / Salesforce) and project management software ( such as Asana / Trello).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with strong time-management abilities.
