CX Engineer required for a global AI & Cloud based provider. With a background in Contact Centre technology, including NICE CX One, within application development.
This role is Fully Remote / WFH within the UK.
THE ROLE:
Working in a globally renowned AI Contact Centre Practice, you will be designing and developing NICE CX One solutions for external customers. Building IVR, web and chatbots, you will be spearheading application development of contact centre systems for global customers.
This organisation builds, implements and supports voice, call centre and AI solutions globally, across sectors including Finance, Retail and the Public Sector.
They have seen significant investment and growth in recent months, and this continues it will open up further career development opportunities for you.
REQUIRED:
For this CX Engineer role, you must have:
- strong background in call centre app dev,
- skills in either Python, Java, JSON or C#.
- IVR, web or chatbot development.
- solid NICE knowledge.
SALARY:
£48-55k Basic
