CRM Functional Consultant (MS Dynamics 365) - £60K + Hybrid
We are looking for a skilled Functional Consultant to join a forward-thinking organisation based in London. This role is focused on driving the adoption and effective use of MS Dynamics CRM, providing essential support to users, and ensuring the platform enhances business processes. Offering a competitive £60,000 salary along with the flexibility of hybrid working (three days remote), this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing company and have a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Provide ongoing user support for MS Dynamics CRM, addressing issues and resolving queries efficiently.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives and meet agreed specifications.
- Occasionally assist with configuring MS Dynamics CRM to ensure it aligns with business requirements.
- Identify areas for improvement in CRM functionality and promote strategies to increase user adoption.
Skills & Experience Required:
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline is preferred.
- In-depth functional knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Capability to translate business requirements into detailed, actionable specifications.
- Knowledge of AI data models and relational databases is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Full project lifecycle experience is preferred.
