About the Role:

As the Day Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, providing a seamless, bespoke service in a luxurious and sophisticated environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all daily operations run smoothly, offering support with a range of services, from managing deliveries to arranging transport and liaising with contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a professional, welcoming presence at the front desk, delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Assist residents with requests, including booking taxis, arranging maintenance, and managing post and deliveries.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the building’s facilities, services, and local area to offer valuable information to residents.
  • Coordinate and supervise contractors, ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently and in line with company policies.
  • Assist in managing the building’s access control system and ensure the safety and security of residents.
  • Handle any resident complaints or queries promptly and professionally, escalating where necessary.
  • Maintain the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness throughout the concierge area.
