Job Summary:

The Day Porter plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, security, and smooth operation of a residential apartment building. This role involves assisting residents, overseeing the reception area, and ensuring the premises remain well-maintained and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage reception, ensuring professional conduct at all times.
  • Assist residents and visitors courteously, including handling deliveries and luggage.
  • Maintain security by monitoring access, managing keys, and enforcing building policies.
  • Ensure common areas are clean and report maintenance issues promptly.
  • Follow emergency and fire safety procedures.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service, security, or building management preferred.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Professional and presentable demeanour.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient in emergencies.
