Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the delegate sales team to exceed KPIs and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target new markets and expand the customer base.
- Showcase expertise in driving delegate registrations and identifying new business opportunities.

- Proven experience in leadership/management roles, ideally within events or high-energy fast-paced activity-related industries.
