Are you a skilled Demand Planner with a passion for retail? This is your opportunity to join one of the world's leading retailers and play a key role in ensuring forecast accuracy and inventory optimisation across all channels.

As a Demand Planner in our Beauty category, you will be responsible for overseeing demand and fulfilment planning across a portfolio of brands and categories. You will drive data-led decision-making, ensuring stock levels are optimised while collaborating closely with suppliers, Buying, and Retail teams.

Key Responsibilities:? Develop accurate demand forecasts and ensure alignment across all channels.? Optimise inventory levels, managing safety stock, reorder points, and seasonal parameters.? Analyse historical sales data to drive forecast accuracy and support promotions, launches, and events.? Collaborate with suppliers to improve intake projections and align with future demand.? Supervise and mentor Assistant Demand Planners and Planning Assistants.? Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

You'll have proven experience in demand planning, ideally with expertise in SAP and advanced Excel skills. With a strong numerical and analytical mindset, you can forecast accurately, optimize inventory, and drive data-driven decisions to enhance business performance.
