About the Role

As a Demand Planner in our Beauty category, you will be responsible for overseeing demand and fulfilment planning across a portfolio of brands and categories. You will drive data-led decision-making, ensuring stock levels are optimised while collaborating closely with suppliers, Buying, and Retail teams.

Key Responsibilities:
? Develop accurate demand forecasts and ensure alignment across all channels.
? Optimise inventory levels, managing safety stock, reorder points, and seasonal parameters.
? Analyse historical sales data to drive forecast accuracy and support promotions, launches, and events.
? Collaborate with suppliers to improve intake projections and align with future demand.
? Supervise and mentor Assistant Demand Planners and Planning Assistants.
? Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.



About You

You'll have proven experience in demand planning, ideally with expertise in SAP and advanced Excel skills. With a strong numerical and analytical mindset, you can forecast accurately, optimize inventory, and drive data-driven decisions to enhance business performance.
