Demand planner- Up to £40k DOE- London (on-site)Pod Talent are excited to be partnering with a luxurious confectionery company, who are proud to provide sweet treats to major retailers and across e-commerce platforms.Due to rapid growth, they are looking for an demand planner to join their team, who is able to: support in maintaining rolling, seasonal, and long term forecasts; place accurate orders with a variety of global suppliers; ensure the correct amount of stock is arriving to sites OTIF; manage movement of stock across warehouses.The ideal candidate:

  • 3+ years in a similar supply chain role (planning, forecasting, supplier management)
  • Experience in the food/ beverage industry or FMCG
  • Strong communication skills (ability to have challenging conversations with sales teams and suppliers)
  • Strong Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot tables, sumifs)
